Mr. Droppelmann began his professional career as University Professor in his native city of Valparaiso, Chile. He recently retired from Corpora Tres Montes S.A. (Leading Chilean beverage and food marketer) where he served as General Manager and Board of Directors Member from 1985-1998. He was instrumental in the creation of the strategic plan that accelerated the company's international growth and personally led its efforts into Latin America, Russia and the old Eastern European block. He also served as President of the Chilean-Russian Trade Comission ) Mr. Droppelmann lives in Santiago, Chile.

Mr. Roberts is the ex- President of Finlays US - a world leader in tea products and services. He is a British citizen and has worked in the tea industry for over 30 years in operations and international market development/sales. His past professional assignments and successes in Europe, Africa and the United States have shaped him into an avid and accomplished internationalist. He also served as President of the U.S. Tea Association in the early 90's. Mr. Roberts is presently based in New Jersey and functions as Executive Consultant for Finlays US.

Mr. Setuain has been involved with Latin America throughout his career. A Business Administration graduate of the University of Buenos Aires, initially worked for Bunge Born as Systems Analyst and later for A&C Consultants in Buenos Aires. He later attended The University of Texas at Austin where he earned an MBA. After obtaining his MBA he joined PepsiCo as Franchise Manager and later as Southern Latin America Managing Director based in Florida. He also had assignment as General Manager in Brazil for the KFC and
Pizza Hut divisions. After 10 years with PepsiCo he accepted an offer to become Vice President of Operations with Walmart International. Initially he was based in Bentonville, Arkansas and later on in Sao Paulo Brazil. Mr.
Setuain currently lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Mr. Caram-Andruet obtained his Doctoral Degree in Law in his native city of Cordoba, Argentina. Later, he attended the Marketing Graduate School at Columbia University. His professional life started working for Citibank as Senior Credit Officer and later for PepsiCo as Area President for South Latin America. In 1977, he joined General Foods in White PLains, N.Y. as General Manager for Latin America Development and was later promoted to Vice President, Area III- Food and Tobacco (Latin America) under the new ownership by Philip Morris. He currently serves as President and Partner at AGB Panamericana, a world Leader in TV ratings. Hector lives and works in Caracas, Venezuela.
